Pixel-level manipulation is not implemented. Silverlight v3+ should support this so the bridge should be updated to support this.

Each of the canvas functions in the spec needs a unit test in slcanvas. How to assert the passing of a render test, I'm not sure, but we should at least get the not-implemented scenaris tracked.
